Blood Pressure Clinic
Free blood pressure screenings every Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. No appointment needed — just stop in at The Center.
Grief doesn’t follow a schedule — but having a consistent, supported space to process it can make a real difference. Cranberry Hospice facilitates a grief support group at The Center on Thursdays from 10:00 to 11:30 AM. The group is open to anyone experiencing loss — not only those who have lost someone under hospice care. To join, contact Bonnie Banks at Cranberry Hospice directly. There is no cost to participate.

SHINE — Serving the Health Insurance Needs of Everyone — provides free, unbiased help for Medicare beneficiaries and their caregivers. Medicare can be genuinely confusing: plan options, enrollment windows, prescription coverage, supplemental insurance, and what happens when things change. SHINE counselors are trained volunteers who help you understand your options without trying to sell you anything. Consultations are available at The Center. Most Fridays, The Center offers complimentary 15-minute appointments with local attorneys.
These brief consultations are a good starting point for questions about wills and estate planning, elder law, real estate, Medicare and benefits, or any legal matter you’ve been putting off. The attorney can help you understand your situation and advise on next steps.

Low Vision Support
You and Eye: Low Vision Support Group
A peer-led support group for people with low vision and other sight limitations. Connect with others, share resources and solutions, and find practical support from people who understand.
Registration appreciated; drop-ins welcome.
Throughout the year, The Center hosts health talks and wellness workshops on topics like joint pain, aquatic therapy, acupuncture, end-of-life planning, and more — led by local practitioners and health organizations.
