Home Plates brings the warmth of The Center Café right to your door. Healthy, freshly prepared meals are delivered with care—and a friendly face—to Duxbury residents who are homebound or experiencing difficulty preparing meals.
Whether you’re recovering from an illness or managing mobility challenges, Home Plates is here for you.
Meals are delivered during the week with the option to receive frozen meals for weekends and holidays. Meals are reasonably priced and a reduced fee is offered to those who qualify.
To sign up for The Center’s Home Delivered Meals program, the first step is to contact Old Colony Elder Services at (508) 584-1561 and tell the operator you would like to speak with someone about Home Delivered Meals.
