The Friends of the Duxbury COA Board is also always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help plan and run our fundraising events. Learn more about volunteer opportunities with the Friends or contact Joanne Moore, Director of the Council on Aging with interest in joining the board.

The Town of Duxbury’s Senior Property Tax Work-Off Program lets eligible residents perform community service for the Town in exchange for an abatement on their property tax bill. It’s a great way to put your skills to work for Duxbury while reducing your tax bill.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis each program year. To apply, visit the Town’s online application portal.
