A program for adults & caregivers
A supportive weekday program for individuals living with early-stage Alzheimer's disease or a related form of dementia — plus meaningful, built-in respite for caregivers.
The Social Day Program is designed to promote social, physical, and cognitive well-being through meaningful activities in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. Our goal is simple: help participants feel engaged, supported, and connected — while helping caregivers breathe, regroup, and get life done.
Social Day is a great fit for individuals who:
Are living with early-stage Alzheimer's or a related form of dementia
Benefit from routine, gentle guidance, and social connection
Enjoy group activities, conversation, music, movement, and creative programs
Not sure if it's the right fit? Before someone starts the program, our Social Day staff will schedule a brief, friendly interview to learn about needs, routines, and interests — and to make sure the program is a comfortable match. There's no pressure or commitment required.
