A Duxbury Community Initiative
The Center’s partnership with Care Solace was made possible through a grant from the Friends of the Duxbury COA, with the commitment of Town Government and the Duxbury School System — because we believe that access to mental health support shouldn’t depend on who you know, what you can afford, or what language you speak.
Care Solace is a free navigation service — not a provider itself, but a powerful connector. They work with a network of prequalified, masters-prepared mental health therapists, counselors, and psychiatrists, carefully vetted across specialties and insurance coverages. Care Coordinators help find the right provider, schedule appointments, and follow through until care is secured.
This service is available to every Duxbury resident — of all ages. This effort also advances Livable Duxbury’s Health and Community Service goals to build a stronger system of care across our town.

Access to timely, convenient care has never been more important —or more available to Duxbury residents.
Simple. Free. Confidential.
You don’t need to know what kind of help you need. Care Solace will guide you every step of the way.
Your Guide Through the Process
Ellen Jones is The Center’s dedicated Mental Health Navigator — a trained professional who can meet with you one-on-one to help you understand your options, navigate the Care Solace process, and connect with the right support.
Whether you’re concerned about your own mental health, supporting a family member, or simply not sure where to start, Ellen is here to listen, guide, and help you take the next step — without judgment and without cost.
Ellen is available at The Center and can work with you by appointment or during drop-in hours.
Beyond Mental Health
If you’re facing food insecurity, housing challenges, or trouble accessing affordable healthcare, you don’t have to face it alone. Care Solace can connect you with trusted local resources.
Choose whatever feels most comfortable for you.

Care Solace is a navigation and matching service — they help you find a provider, not provide therapy themselves. Think of them as a knowledgeable guide who does the hard work of finding the right therapist, program, or service for you.
If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. Care Solace and Ellen can assist with ongoing support and referrals but are not emergency services.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. Whether you search online, call, or stop by The Center to see Ellen — help is available today.
