Need a ride to a medical appointment, errand, or local destination?

We’re here to help. Our transportation team handles scheduling, routing, and pickup — all you need to do is call.

  • Available to Duxbury residents age 60 and older
  • Day-to-day errands and local destinations: Duxbury, Kingston, Marshfield, Pembroke, and Plymouth
  • Medical appointments in Duxbury or surrounding towns, including Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth
  • Minimum 48-hour (business hours) advance notice required

GATRA offers public bus transportation daily along Route 3A in Duxbury and between Kingston and Marshfield.

How to get one

Apply online in four steps: sign up for a MyCharlie account, verify your ID, choose to have your card mailed or pick it up at a Charlie Service Center, and optionally link your RIDE ID. Cards typically arrive in 7–10 business days.
