Slow Flow & Restore Yoga

This yoga class will help you slow down settle your mind and soothe your soul. We will practice slower-paced mindful movements that are in sync with your breath to build strength in the body and find clarity in the mind. The class will close with stretching and restorative postures to foster flexibility stillness and restoration. This heartfelt class will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed.

Susanne Hallisey’s warm presence fosters a sense of community in her classes where students of all levels are welcomed. Since she started teaching yoga in 2006 Susanne has remained dedicated to expanding her knowledge of yoga to share its profound benefits with others. Her classes offer a blend of movement breath work and mindfulness. As a nurse with a Master’s in Education and extensive and diverse yoga training Susanne brings a unique combination of expertise and compassion to her teaching.
